Zeros (Zero Dividend Preference Share) - A type of share which offers a fixed rate of

return as a capital sum at the end of the term, but in the meantime no dividends. Normally

used to meet known future needs, and/or as a (normally) low risk way of using your CGT

exemption. The risk inherent in Zeros is determined by the management strategy of the fund

that provides their asset backing.
